Sink/Let It Sway is the brand new music video from indie rockers Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin. Yes, you read that right, the band name is Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, a reference to the first Russian President.
Let It Sway is the third album from these guys and is an excellent followup to their last album Broom, which I am a huge fan of. This band has been on my radar for a number of years and continue to release outstanding material.
This video is amazing, great concept and great production. Easily one of the best videos I have put out in a while, and the song fits perfectly. You can expect to hear it in next weeks Webisode. Check out the video below. Also listen for me tomorrow on The Rinse at 10:30 co-hosting with The Conductor. I’ll throw up a stream link tomorrow just before we go live.
Man On The Moon 2 drops in a little over a week and I am pretty pumped to witness the evolution of Kid Cudi. He is constantly changing his style and leaks from the new album are showing a softer side of Cudder with him singing most of the hooks and spitting a slower paced flow. Here are two leaked tracks from MOTM II that fall into the category of slow jams. A tribute to Marijuana and a melodramatic tune about being alone that you will either love or absolutely hate. Check back on Nov. 9th for some more tunes from the new album.
It’s that time again! The weekly rendition of the webisode has been recorded and now shared to you. We’ve got a little bit of everything this week from acoustic jams to heavy dubstep. Check out the stream below and click Read More to view the track list.
Tokyo Police Club had released a free download of their recent Daytrotter Sessions recording.
This download offers 4 songs recorded live without any editing or extra production. It gives the songs a raw feeling much like you would get if you went to a show. This is the next best thing.
Three of the songs are off the 2010 release Champ, but there is also a new song thrown in the mix. Top 5! is a brand new track that they have been road testing. You can check out Top 5! and End of a Spark as well as the track list below.

Avicii has surfaced out of the abyss within the past year to go from an 19 year old unknown to being ranked #39 best dj’s/producers in the entire world. Needless to say it has been a big year and with remixes like this you can see that it is completely deserved.
The 3rd instalment of The Rinse brought you a live phone interview with Detroitdubstep.com creator and veteran DJ/Producer Matt Clarke. In addition, we threw down this mix that he made which will satisfy all your darkest dubstep cravings. Grab the mix here and head over to DetroitDubstep.com for more!

It’s a big day for electronic music as one of the most prestigious EDM Magazines- DJ Mag is announcing its top 100 dj’s in the world, as voted by the fans. DJ Mag is hosting a big event as we speak at Ministry of Sound in Manchester. Deadmau5, Afrojack, Fedde Le Grand, Laidback Luke & Ferry Corsten (to name a few) are throwing down sets prior to announcing the winners. Luckily for us we don’t have to wait as the results have been leaked. I am a little surprised at some of the results including no EDX or AmbassadorBeats.com favourite, Adam K on the list and a David Guetta #2 ranking. Check out the top 100 as well as a set of some of the biggest progressive house tunes of the past year.
This has nothing to do with music. (Other than the awesome song which is Ruskos Pro Nails remix) This clip is amazing.
I had a uni-cycle as a child, ya I was that kid. I got mine from a garage sale and it had a bent rim, but I rode the shit out of that thing and it was awesome.
Well now Max Schulze is tearing things up. This is not a video where you watch 30 seconds of and you get the general idea. The clip progresses over the 3 minutes and is a much watch. Check it out below.
After bringing you an acoustic video of Doing The Dohnk last week, I have the MP3 download of the track for you. I got my hands on one of the limited releases of Max Bemis & The Painful Splits and the song is too amazing not toshare.
The album, which Max is not calling a solo project, but rather a collections of songs he is extremely proud of and wanted to share with Say Anything fans, is a stripped down masterpiece. It is just Max with an acoustic guitar and some very raw and passionate lyrics which will leave you begging for more.
It it reminiscent of the Dormroom Demos or the Florida Demos with no production or backing band. His wife Sherri makes an appearance on the song but otherwise Max fulfils the rest of the roles on the album.
Something the average Ambassador Beat reader might not listen to, but definitely worth your three minutes.
Check out Doing The Dohnk below.

The ‘official’ unofficial video for Like A G6 dropped (see above) and wow I am impressed. Forget about the scantily clad women, the club scene and dudes poppin’ bottles. If you’re not at the point of pulling out your hair when you hear this track then hit the jump for an array of remixes to this crowd pleasing tune including some dubstep, dirty dutch and mashups.
I am happy to say my life is complete. Last night I saw Roger Waters perform The Wall live. It has been a life long dream to see Pink Floyd and last night’s show was beyond epic. I don’t think I can do the show/stage production/experience justice so here are two videos to give you a taste of what went down. The guitar solo and subsequent visual experience in Comfortably Numb was hands down the best thing I have seen in my life (fast forward to 5:30 to be blown away). Check out the Rolling Stones Magazine article on Roger Waters and the world tour.
Bonus: Check out 3 electro infused remixes to some class Pink Floyd tunes
With the success of Kanye West’s Good Friday releases, Swizz Beats is following suit with Monster Mondays. Swizz is behind most of the beats that make up the last 11 Good Friday songs so it only makes sense that he would do the same thing.
DJ Play The Beat is the first Monster Monday song and hopefully we will have a new song each and every week. This song features Estelle and is defiantly worth listening to.
Check out the song below and click here to head to the Swizz Beats website to pick up the song for free.
Kanye West’s 35 minute short film Runaway that was previewed in Paris last week just aired on MTV. If you were busy or watching the baseball game or the Leafs game you can now watch it in its entirety below. It is the clean version but as soon as a dirty version is released I will update the post. Check it out below.
Handguns are a pop-punk band that I’ve been sitting on for a while. Anywhere But Home has been on steady rotation for a while now and I just kept forgetting to throw a post up on them.
Well now I have a reason.
They just released a video for their song Fingers Crossed and it really made me nostalgic. The first concerts I ever went to were basement shows and this is what this video is all about. I remember the days when I went to see Marshwiggle and The Scheme rock out in Church basements. Those were the days.
Check out the video below and go pick up Anywhere But Home. You’ll be happy you did.
Another filthy track coming out of the Neon Gold camp today. The Knocks have released a new single titled Dancing With The DJ as a free download if you like them on facebook.
The download also comes with the b-side track Thinking About You. While your on facebook make sure you also go to the Ambassador Beats fan page to be updated with all of our new posts and so much more.
Xaphoon Jones is already saying that he and Chiddy have a huge remix for Dancing With The DJ in the works and as soon as that drops i’ll throw a post up for it. So check back.
