When Codhoppers urged me to download the ‘album of the year’ I was hesitant but immediately thankful to be re-introduced to rap music.

I haven’t been in the loop with Odd Future but to my knowledge this is the most impressive track that Earl Sweatshirt has released since his return to rap.

WHOA goes hard with some help from Tyler the Creator on the mic and on the videography front. This is due out on his upcoming LP titled Doris

If you’re a frequent visitor of Hype Machine you’d have seen this track about a hundred times, and for good reason.

Smooth, sultry, chopped vocals with a rich R&B/Trap melting pot of greatness. Also a great addition to date night

Zedd is the latest big name artist to support some ‘real trap shit’ with this Brillz cut that will be featured on the upcoming ‘Clarity’ Remix package.

Brillz is a new name to me but with remixes like this he won’t be a stranger for long.

This will be released on February 12th through Interscope Records

‘Fade’ will easily be one of the years best Drum n Bass releases and with the newly discovered remix treatment from Etherwood, things just got better.

The sultry chopped vocals, liquid bassline and the beautiful rearrangement make this as tasteful a remix as they come.

Jakwob is famous for making us wait and unfortunately we will have to be patient for a March 18th release date
